This guide helps you get your IPTV Smarters Pro subscription running on a Smart TV the first time, with a few quick checks to run before you activate.

Pre-Install Checklist for Your TV
- Find out which system your TV runs (look under Settings > About or Support): Tizen, webOS, Android TV or Google TV. That decides which app store you will use.
- Free up storage by removing apps you no longer open; players need room for the channel list and guide data.
- Install pending firmware updates before adding a new app.
- Decide on the connection: a network cable first, otherwise 5 GHz Wi-Fi with the router nearby.
- Make sure the date and time are set automatically. A wrong clock can break secure connections and shift the program guide.
- Have a USB or Bluetooth keyboard, or the TV maker's phone remote app, ready to type long server addresses quickly.
Why These Checks Matter
Most first-day support requests come from an outdated TV, a full memory or a weak Wi-Fi signal rather than from the subscription itself. Ten minutes of preparation means your first login usually works on the first try.
After the First Login
Once channels appear, open the settings menu and pick the player engine and buffer size that suit your TV. Older sets often play more smoothly with a slightly larger buffer, while newer models handle the default without trouble. Favorite a few channels so they are one click away, then let the program guide finish downloading before you judge loading speed.
